1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Value Stock Score (“VSS”, “the Service”), operated by RAPIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Value Stock Score is a financial analytics platform that provides Graham-based stock valuation, DCF analysis, and margin of safety calculations for S&P 500 companies. The Service includes: a web dashboard, AI assistant (Premium only), API access (B2B subscription), earnings call transcripts, a book download, and access to a private Telegram group (Premium only).

3. Not Financial Advice

VSS is a data and analytics provider, not a financial advisor. All content — including Graham Scores, DCF valuations, margin of safety figures, BUY/WAIT/SELL decisions, AI assistant responses, and earnings call summaries — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to transact in any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription plans (Free, Standard, Premium) and API Access (B2B) are offered as one-time purchases for a defined billing period (monthly or annual).
  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and appears on your statement.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a renewal to continue access.

5. No Refunds

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

6. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms;
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service (except via the official B2B API with a valid API key);
  • Share your account credentials or API keys with third parties;
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute VSS content without written permission.

B2B API keys are limited to 4 active keys per account, 100 requests per minute per key, and 200,000 requests per calendar month per account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on VSS — including stock metrics, Graham Score formulas, DCF models, UI design, text, and software — is owned by RAPIX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute VSS content without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Service Availability

VSS strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, data delays, or third-party API disruptions may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability or data delays.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that stock metrics will be accurate at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAPIX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VSS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except for transaction records we are legally required to retain.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. The “Last updated” date indicates when the Terms were last revised.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RAPIX operates. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer dispute resolution process applies in your country.
